Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

We aim to be as honest as we can in shipping costs, and do not believe in charging extortionate amounts for handling costs. We will be as close to the actual cost as we can, but please allow for packaging costs. We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) for our bars of soap with shipping being calculated by weight. Our gift boxes are also shipped through USPS and shipping charges are calculated by quantity. If you have other requirements we will be more than happy to accommodate your wishes. If you have ordered an item that is currently out of stock we will contact you immediately with a shipping date.

Privacy Policy

We treat all information as confidential, however please remember emails are not secure. Under no circumstances will our company; Willow Springs Soap Co., disclose any personal or financial information not affiliated with the transaction process to a third party.

Returns

Due to the delicate nature of soap, we cannot accept returns once opened or used. Of course, any damage to the product that has occured due to the fault of our company will be gladly accepted for return, unused and in its original packaging. We are willing to view any complaints on a case by case basis, by contacting us.

Under no circumstances do we advocate the treatment or cure of any type of illness with these products. No product should replace the prescription or advice of your physician. Our product has not been tested by the FDA. Skin irritation may occur when used by people with sensitive skin.
